In early 2026, the brand undertook a deliberate repositioning, moving from a functional premium accessory brand to a design-led automotive brand built on one principle: Nothing Overlooked. That shift required a new foundation that the entire team, and every tool the team uses, could build from. This document is that foundation.

Why the Shift?

The repositioning coincided with an evolution in how TuxMat's creative team operates. Designers, copywriters, and media specialists now work from a unified system rather than institutional memory. As AI tools take a larger role in content creation and design execution, they require the same thing any new team member requires: a clear, unambiguous brief.
