GreenShield Brand Guidelines and Toolkit

200+ brand tools updated in under three months

The GreenShield rebrand meant updating content and design across a large portfolio of sales tools, internal documents and client materials. By partnering with a production agency for volume execution, while keeping internal writers and designers focused on high-profile creative, the team moved at a pace a traditional agency model couldn’t match.

Brand guidelines and a full toolkit were also updated with refined visual elements, line-of-business logos and sample layouts, giving every creative team in the organization a clear, consistent reference.

Leading the team

I led a team of 11 writers, designers, editorial and content managers and managed every agency partner, so the right people worked on the right problems: volume went to production, and the in-house team stayed on the ideas.
